Do not purchase! The item doesn't work as advertised. I have been trying to get in contact with anyone via email and calling, no answers for over a month. I would rate this 0 stars if I was able to.
I bought this to remove hair without shaving (duh). I was not optimistic because I have very fine body hair. Alas, it removed, like, three hairs. However, I have the driest, reddest, most aggresive, dense, and irritated Keratosis Pillaris I have ever seen on a person's legs and arms. I have experimented with every chemical and physical exfoliator known to mankind. After almost 30 years of living, I finally have 95% smooth skin. Do not let the smooth texture of this product fool you - you can give yourself straight up road rash if you're not careful (and that's exactly what I did when I attempted to remove my hair with it; horrendous). Despite the trauma of removing layers of my skin, I noticed that the areas that I didn't damage were gloriously soft. Now, after I shower, no exaggeration, I literally watch the dead/excess skin (KP) roll off my legs when I use this "epilator." I also gently dry exfoliate before bed occasionally. I believe it also helps to use before and after shaving to prevent ingrown hairs. Lastly, I use First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream (no, I'm not a paid promoter) after showering and exfoliating to retain the moisture that my skin so willingly rids itself of. I have never felt so normal.
Note: The fact that this was shipped to me from Shanghai sketched me out a bit. There are other "crystal epilator" brands out there that probably work just as well.
Don’t do it. It is too good to be true. Doesn’t work, takes some hair off, but NOTHING like what they are selling. Then when you try to contact them for the “60 day money back guarantee” you are met with a false email. There is no way to get in contact with them. No have been trying. Yikes!!! Holy Scam!!
Ouch! Totally takes skin off. Not hassle free. Difficult to remove hair. And irritated my skin SO bad I do not have sensitive skin. Seriously do not buy. This entire company is a scam. Can’t return. Can’t get money back.
DO NOT BUY THIS. It really is something that exfoliates skin so to use it for hair removal becomes painful. The hair removal lasts shorter than a shave, and is inconsistent. Unless you are a prickly tin man, this won’t work. Now I’m just mad I can’t get my money back
